Internal alterations to include extending the living accommodation into the attached garage, reconfiguration of the layout within the north offshoot and kitchen/utility area, and create a bedroom on the mezzanine floor. External alterations to include alteration of windows and doors to the north offshoot to facilitate the extension into the garage.
