External repairs to fascias, pointing, chimney stacks and pots, leadwork, rainwater goods, door header in the annexe, and repair of door frames. Works to annexe roof to include re-use of existing slate and associated repair/replacement. Installation of replacement doors to west lobby and installation of defibrillator on west elevation.
