Full proposal

Proposed internal reconfiguration of existing 2 storey Ashington Workspace office premises to be used as new home for NPC Lintonville GP practice. The works involve improvements to external facade and extension providing additional 4m2 internal area. External works include extension to existing plant compound on South of site to house new air-handling unit and proposed ventilation condenser units to East elevation. Paving will be introduced to enable access to new extension and maintenance route to air handling unit.
