Application to certify that the use of the first floor front room as an office in connection with a home-based private hire taxi service for administrative purposes only, used solely by the occupier of 27 Danvers Road, with no other staff at the premises, no taxis or drivers, and with no taxi vehicles calling at the premises, other than the occupants own, is lawful development.
