Hybrid planning application, comprising detailed planning permission for the change of use from agricultural land to sports use (Class F2), including earthworks to create a series of plateaus to form grass pitches, floodlighting and other ancillary works; and outline planning permission with all matters reserved, for the erection of up to 200 dwellings and a proposed sports 'hub' building (up to 700sqm) (Class F2), hilltop park, allotments, new woodland and public open space for an informal cycle track, car parking, access and ancillary works.
