Construction of new roof with dormer windows to north and south roofslopes, new single storey extension to west elevation (following demolition of existing), extension of existing raised patio including installation of balustrading; construction of single storey outbuilding with carport (following removal of existing shed); installation of new boundary gates, wall and driveway. External alterations to include removal of pitched roof to existing south bay window.
