Oak tree located behind the rear fence on land which is in the ownership of 29 Butterwick Close. The tree is leaning towards the house and is sited adjacent to the Barnt Green Conservation Area. 1 Fell the oak tree. 2 Cut back overhanging branches from along the rear fence.
