Demolition of the existing side extension to No: 14 with additional development to the rear. No: 12 is to be partly demolished and reconfigured by development to form two semi detached properties. The proposal also includes two new semi detached houses on the site. Re-formation and re-location of existing dropped kerbs, boundary treatments, parking spaces and hard and soft landscaping. Construction of new bin storage in front garden.
