Refurbishment of Descanso House and Melon Yard to include restoration of original features, repair works, removal of non-original internal partitions, creation of new openings, access improvements, services upgrade and internal reconfiguration. Demolition of the unlisted Annexe and removal of the redundant external plant room at Melon Yard. Restoration and landscaping of the internal courtyard, and other associated works.
