Full Proposal

Ground floor side and rear extension, including a pitched slate roof with seven rooflights and metal glazed doors to the rear. First floor rear extension to align with the adjoining property, including a new timber sash window to the rear elevation. Replacement/ Enlargement of existing UPVC/ timber fenestration to front, side and rear elevation for timber sash windows. Proposed addition of three windows to side elevation (to replace two existing clear glazed windows). Two of the proposed windows are to be metal frame, opaque glazed and fixed up to 1.7m high from finished floor level. The other proposed window will also be opaque glazed and fixed up to 1.7m high from finished floor level, but a timber sash window
