Full proposal

Proposed works include the construction of a single-storey rear extension, a double-storey side extension, and alterations to the existing roof structure with the addition of a new dormer. The development will also accommodate the creation of 3 additional bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms and 3 offices/studies while improving the size of existing bedrooms.
