Hip to gable roof extension, loft conversion incorporating flat roofed front and rear dormers, and removal of the existing chimney. Enlarge the existing rear flat roofed extension across the full width of the property. External alterations to include external wall insulation with new render finish, installation of white uPVC windows, and timber-effect composite cladding to dormer elements.
