Demolition of existing school buildings (excluding the existing sports hall) and the construction of a new part three-storey/part single-storey school building, refurbishment of the retained sports hall, new playing pitch provision, external landscaping works and all other associated works. Construction of a three-storey temporary accommodation block and single-storey temporary reception block for use during the construction period
