External works include demolition and reconstruction of an existing side boundary wall to north and gateway to wall to south, widening of front gateway and creation of two parking spaces. New bin store and pedestrian walkway. Erection of 2.4m high timber fencing and gates. Main house alterations include replacement of windows, render repairs and replacement to bay window surrounds on front elevation. Cottage works include replacement of windows, replacement of timber fascia and timber elements above windows, render repairs.
