Change of use of ground floor commercial unit to residential, alteration to existing shop front to provide separate entrances to ground floor unit and unit above, blocking up of one window to rear of ground floor unit, replacement of another rear ground floor window to glazed double doors, straightening of rear eaves and implementation of two rooflights to both the front and rear pitched roof.
