Extensions and alterations to existing building, erection of a detached building with toilet block, stationing of three shipping containers, provision of car parking with accesses and landscaping. Mixed use of the site for garage/MOT/service centre with associated facilities(class B2);retail areas with associated storage ((class E); cafe and restaurant (class E); meeting/conference/event spaces(class F1); and use of car park to hold vehicle events (retrospective)
