Full proposal

Demolish the existing two storey grounds store /scoreboard hut, which is currently in a state of disrepair. Construct a new, larger steel garage on a concrete slab foundation to store grounds and sports equipment. Surface water will be collected in water butts for reuse on the surrounding sports pitches. All dimensions of the new garage are provided in the proposal drawings.
