Demolition of the existing buildings and comprehensive redevelopment of the site to deliver 170 residential dwellings, comprising 2, 3 and part 4-storey houses and 3 and 4-storey apartment buildings, with associated pedestrian and vehicular access, parking, public realm, and landscaping, in addition to enhanced landscaping and new play and recreation facilities within the retained open space at Bowyer Playing Field.
