Full Proposal

Demolition of the existing building and structures on site, and all other associated site clearance works. Construction of two data centre buildings (Class B8) with ancillary offices, associated plant, equipment and emergency backup generators, ancillary buildings and substation with vehicular access from Thorney Lane South and emergency access route onto Hollow Hill Lane together with internal circulation areas, car and cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works and ancillary site infrastructure.
