Full proposal

Remove and replace all leadwork, replace all roof slates with natural slate, repair coping stones to roof, repoint all external walls, rebuild front roof valley gutter, replace leadwork to existing dormer, replace rooflights. Install combi boiler heating system, replace entire electrical system, install new bathroom, remove collapsed ceilings and replace, expose roof rafters, insulate roof underside, apply lime render and plaster to all external walls.
