Erection of single storey extension to the (NW) elevation on site of existing two storey extension (to be demolished). Replacement of pitched roof and repairs to chimneys. Demolition of porch on (SW) elevation. Erection of roof to (NE) elevation to form covered courtyard. Installation of 6No. rooflights to (NW) & (NE) elevations. Alterations to fenestrations on all elevations, alterations to external finishes, and internal alterations.
