Outline Application with all matters reserved for the comprehensive redevelopment of the existing recreational facilities on site to include the construction of a new sports pavilion, relocation of the existing tennis club and courts, construction of the new storage barn and a new sports/activity clubhouse, a new children's playground and the reconfiguration and expansion of on-site parking.
