T1 - Spruce - Fell to ground level Reason - The tree has reached an excessive height and spread, resulting in significant overshading of the dwelling and garden, and produces a substantial amount of debris (needles, cones and branches) which accumulates on the roof, gutters and surrounding areas, requiring frequent maintenance and affecting residential amenity.
