External alterations to the outbuilding with the demolition of the attached greenhouse, the application of render to the walls, the raising of the roofline, the removal of the asbestos roof and replacement with steel sheets, and the installation of 4no. rooflights to the west roof slope and a solar PV array on the east roof slope. Internal and external alterations with the removal and replacement of 1no. door on the east elevation, the reopening of a historic opening on the south elevation and the installation of doors, the installation of 1no. window to the boarded up opening on the west elevation, the partial demolition of the north wing, and the erection of single storey greenhouse.
