Proposal of a new waste recycling centre (WRC) to deal with household waste and small amounts of trade waste, including a new internal access road, parking and service yard to accommodate shipping containers, storage bins and skips and erection of a storage unit and welfare facility for staff along with a reuse shop and office (with photovoltaic panels), installation of CCTV, signage, widening of site access, landscaping/lagoon and associated works - THIS APPLICATION WILL BE DETERMINED BY NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL - FUL/2025/0047
