Full Proposal

Prior approval for proposed Change of use from Commercial, Business and Service use (Class E) to mixed use including up to two flats (Class C3): Current storage spaces on the upper 3 floors of the 4 storey building would convert to residential space. There would be no change to the floor or room plan except turn the storages into bedrooms and living room. There are existing kitchen and bathroom facilities on the 1st floor which would be refurbished to serve the flat. The flat would be accessed via the existing self contained stairway totally independent of the shop unit. The existing ground floor shop unit would remain unchanged and would retain it's own independent ground floor access
