Full proposal

Extension of existing mixed-use building at first and second floors and an upward extension forming third, fourth, and fifth floors comprising 13 x new dwellings; refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing 11 x dwellings and ground floor retail units; a new plant room and residential lobby at ground floor; associated cycle store and bin store; the installation of new access gates in Highshore Road; and the installation of photovoltaic (PV) arrays at third, fourth, and fifth roof levels.
