Discharge a planning obligation planning permission 22/AP/4061 dated 23/08/2023 (LEG/RP/PL/S106/RR020/410) dated 21/08/2023 for Substantial refurbishment and single storey roof extension of existing warehouse building) to provide a mixed use building at 54-58 Union Street comprising commercial floorspace (Use Class E within parts a), b), c) d) g) at lower ground and ground floor levels, and 6 residential flats (Use Class C3) at first to third floors, with associated works and roof top PV provision; plus refurbishment of 60 Union Street to provide a family dwelling (Use Class C3).
