Removal of Condition 1- Structural Coordination for application 24/AP/3809 dated 17/02/2025 for Ground floor rear extension, replacement ground floor side extension, replacement rear addition on reduced footprint, enlargement to existing basement with associated lightwells to front and rear, alterations to rear elevation fenestration at ground, first and second floor levels, introduction of low-profile rooflights, replacement of existing roof coverings and windows, brick cleaning and repointing, replacement rearn garden boundary treatments (local to house), installation of an air source heat pump unit to lower ground floor with associated plant equipment, replacement front garden paving, and adjustment to front garden boundary to improve vehicle access.
