Replacement of windows to both Flats A and B with double glazed Upvc sliding sash style windows to front elevation, and double glazed Upvc top hung over top hung and casement style windows to rear elevation; and replacement of rear garden door with Upvc double glazed door and front main entrance door with a Composite door.
