Full proposal

Regularisation of internal and external changes to the second floor and mansard roof, implemented without discharge of pre-commencement conditions. Demolition of existing lower ground floor rear single storey extension, widening of opening between LGF rear rooms, and erection of new single storey rear extension. Replacement of uPVC doors and windows throughout.
