Full proposal

Construction of a two-storey rear extension at No. 150 replacing the existing single-storey rear extension, and construction of a single-storey side extension to the rear addition at No. 150, together with construction of a side extension at ground and first floor levels to the front half of No. 152, partial excavation of the existing basement beneath the front half of No. 152 to provide adequate headroom with reinstatement of the front lightwell, alterations to fenestration, and change of roof covering to the rear addition from concrete tiles to slate.
