Change of use of the first and second floor space from Use Class E (commercial) to Use Class C3 (residential) to provide 5 self-contained apartments (Use Class C3), comprising a mix of 2-bedroom units. Works include internal reconfiguration to form residential layouts, together with associated access, circulation, and servicing arrangements. No external alterations are proposed as part of this application. A separate full planning application has been submitted for external window and door alterations to facilitate the residential use.
