Steel portal framed building to house forestry machinery, provide a dry area for employees to shelter and house a basic composting toilet with hand washing facilities. External yard area to be grey crushed concrete. Building located in a natural clearing to minimise damage to surrounding trees and root structures. Link Road from existing track to building is less than 10 metres through an existing gap.
