Change of use of land for the stationing of a static caravan and associated works to include the installation of a septic tank and creation of a hardstanding (retrospective). The caravan is to function as a greeting room/office and toilet facilities to serve a five touring caravan and motorhome certified site which has a conditional approval from the Caravan and Motorhome Club.
