Full proposal

The proposal is to convert the top floor into 2 flats (each 3 bed rooms flat), one in the first floor and another by adding a floor i.e. new floor space. Ground floor of the building is in use as Shop (Display of retail sale of goods), whereas the first floor is used as ancillary storage and the building is altogether is classed as Class E use class.
