Full proposal

The proposals are for the amalgamation of two dwellings (The Nook and The Cottage) into one dwelling. The existing dwellings both fall under the same Use Class, Class C3 (dwelling-houses). In terms of proposed 'works' these are confined to the interior of the two properties, namely the removal of the partitioning wall between them.
