Pre-application enquiry - To install impermeable hardstanding (7m x 4.5m) by replacing part of the existing garden at the front of the house. Removal of part of front boundary wall. Slight graduated raising of this hardstanding towards the house to ensure it is level for parking of vehicles, with a small step in front of existing pathway at the front of the house. Provision of drainage channel on new surface to enable any excess water to drain into remaining grassed area.
