Removal of mixed commercial buildings and associated structures and areas of hardstanding and dwelling known as Flint Barn and redevelopment with eight dwellings, served from existing access to Hart’s Lane; stopping up of two existing accesses to the A22 Eastbourne Road and replacement with new soft landscaping; provision of other new hard and soft landscaping and open space; foul and surface water drainage systems; and other works.
