Full Proposal

This non-material application seeks to amend the wording of Outline Condition 9 as follows: "The Development hereby approved shall not commence until detailed drawings of highway improvements works comprising: - An active travel corridor for pedestrians and cyclists shall be provided from the site to the A46 via the C87/Fiddington Lane has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and no more than 29 dwellings shall be occupied until those works have been constructed in accordance with the approved details."
