Erection of an amenity hub building compromising E(b) (food & drink), E(d) gym/indoor sport and E(g)(i)(office) facilities along with outdoor sports facilities(F2(c)) and ancillary parking, site access and circulation roads & footpaths, plant facilities, service infrastructure, external storage, boundary treatments, street furniture, lighting, drainage, land raising & landscaping, additional provision of secondary single carriageway access roads with associated lighting, drainage & landscaping.
