Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing) to confirm that planning permission ref. 22/00089/FUL for the erection of a 4-bedroom dwelling at 61 Cedar Road was lawfully implemented by material engineering operations. These works constituted material engineering operations forming part of the approved development, including sewer diversion and the installation of drainage infrastructure, and were inspected on 05 February 2024.
