Proposed works include: Alterations to existing extended front elevation to provide a reduced width and centralised glazed main entrance with perforated security roller shutter door over; Installation of high-level aluminium framed glazing to the front arch infill; Demolition of rear extension incorporating the new construction of a blockwork flank wall to re-support the continuing rear extension structure to adjacent arch unit 288; Construction of new rear infill incorporating a new roller shutter door and pedestrian door and high-level aluminium framed glazing; Construction of new refuge landing and steps with associated hand railing to provide safe access/egress via the rear forming of new concrete hard standing to the rear yard. Forming of internal 1:12 vehicular ramp from the rear yard into the unit; Forming of new concrete hardstanding to external rear yard.
