Full Proposal

Proposed works at Oast Courts involve the renewal of the main flat roofs, lower roofs, walkways, and balconies. Where necessary, thermal insulation will be upgraded to meet current standards. Rainwater drainage will be improved by increasing the number and size of outlets across all roof levels and balconies, and emergency overflow provisions will be installed to enhance resilience. Additionally, steel capping sheets will be fitted to the parapet walls of the main roof to improve durability and weather protection.
