Full Proposal

Proposal comprises the installation of new air-conditioning to serve the ground-floor commercial unit, including internal ventilation alterations, one external condenser unit positioned within the screened rear galley, and replacement of lightweight boundary fencing with acoustic fencing. All external works are confined to the concealed rear of the property to preserve its character and appearance, with no visibility from Ezra Street or the surrounding public realm.
