Full Proposal

Removal of the enclosed office space and its associated stud walls. Removal of the existing staircase and reinstatement of the original 1988 staircase in its former position. Reinstatement of the balustrades to ensure protection against falls from height. Removal of small sections of stud walls to enlarge the wardrobe area. The reinstated staircase and balustrade are the original black-painted metal components removed under the previous application. New stud walls will be constructed from painted gypsum board to match the existing finishes.
