Proposed internal and external alterations to house and garage including the replacement of the flat roof on the rear bay window with a tiled roof, the rendering of the house and garage to cover existing brickwork, the removal of a concrete shelf porch and replace with oak frame porch with tiled dual pitched roof, the replacement of the garage roof with tiled dual pitched roof, and associated development.
