Conversion of existing agricultural barn into a single dwelling under class Q Permitted Development. Conversion includes insulating building, creation of internal non load bearing partitions to separate spaces, insertion of windows into existing openings and creation of new openings. New open post and rail fencing to small garden space at rear.
