Application under S96a of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for amendments to conditions 8 (land uses) and 13 (minimum and maximum residential units) of planning permission 2021/0414 dated 28/02/2022 for the Battersea Power Station development site. (The amendments seek to increase the sitewide maximum amount of residential floorspace (Class C3) and maximum number of residential units.)
