Full Proposal

Alterations including erection of single storey rear extensions and dormer roof extensions to main rear roofs. Formation of roof terraces above three storey back additions and formation of first floor balconies to side/rear of back additions. Alterations to ground floor front facade and creation of new rear entrance in connection part change of use of ground floor from commercial unit (Class E) to residential (Class C3) and change of use of upper floors from office (Class E) to residential (Class C3) to provide 2 x 3 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom flats. Provision of waste and cycle storage. Installation of PV panels.
